Regional Manager – Los Angeles


Drew has 20 years of experience in the restoration and reconstruction industry, with expertise in managing losses for the hospitality, retail, multi-family residential and commercial sectors.  Drew’s areas of excellence include handling smoke, water, fire, environmental, and biohazard decontamination claims.  He also has experience in catastrophe response, which includes hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, and floods.  With an insurance background, Drew leverages his competencies in insurance claim resolution to ensure that clients are satisfied with project results.

For over two years, Drew has served as ATI’s Regional Manager in California, covering the Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Kern counties. He oversees all aspects of the Los Angeles branch and is responsible for the management of operations, construction, administration and sales.  Drew regularly meets with operations, construction, and administrative managers to discuss issues and solve problems.  His commitment to great customer service allows him to proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Recognizing the importance of employee engagement, Drew also makes time to consistently praise staff and crew for a job well done. His communication skills allow him to grow and build solid teams. He also collaborates with ATI project directors and our sales team to help win new projects.

Prior to joining ATI, Drew served as a Vice President and Executive General Adjuster for a global loss adjusting company. He began his career working as an adjuster for several insurance companies and has handled claims internationally.

Dew received his Associate in Claims (AIC™) designation from The Institutes, a knowledge leader for the risk management and insurance community.  He also earned his Asbestos Supervisor Certificate and completed training through Comprehensive Environmental Resource Training (CERT).  He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
