Kelly Kambs comes to ATI with over 20 years of experience in the services and building products industries. She has served top leadership positions at Johns Manville, USG, PPG, Masco and Terminix. Specializing in operations, sales and marketing, Kelly has a consistent track record of driving process improvements and new market growth.

As President of Terminix, Kelly led the development of all aspects of the business plan to include the new market strategy, operations infrastructure and customer focus initiative. She introduced new pricing strategies and aligned service goals to strategic initiatives, enabling employees to be more effective in their roles.

At ATI, Kelly will be our first ever Chief Operating Officer.  She will be responsible for driving accountability across the organization and maintaining well-disciplined growth. She will also focus on building a unified infrastructure that aligns to standardized policies and procedures. Her role will include living out ATI Cares, which will help keep us on track for continuing to provide Amazing Opportunities to all employees. At Terminix, she fostered a culture based on employee and customer commitment, bringing employee engagement up from 63% to 80%.
