Training

ATI’s training division provides educational opportunities for clients who desire expert knowledge of the restoration process. We have the largest number of Certified Xactimate Trainers outside of Xactware’s headquarters and can assist you in reaching Level 1-3 certifications; or provide more unique training based on you and/or your company’s specific needs. These classes are typically offered free of charge to our clients (there are charges for specific Certification Exams from Xactware). We are happy to travel far afield to conduct these classes as well. We have successfully taught classes in New England, Florida, Texas and New Jersey to say nothing of our primary West Coast locations.

Additionally, ATI has created courses on water damage restoration, roof damages, environmental hazards, smoke and soot damages and wildfire investigations (among others) customized for both our insurance and property manager clients. For our insurance clients, many of our courses, including some of our Xactimate courses, have been approved for Continuing Education credit in a number of states, including Texas, California, Arizona and Florida.

Our Education and Training Manager, Jeff Taxier, has a background in insurance claims management, construction, presentations and learning and development. He has created customized courses for many of our clients and is always available to discuss your specific training needs and how ATI can help.

ATI can provide classroom training at one of our Regional Offices, at your office or at a hosted location, such as a hotel or conference center. We are also able to provide web-based training for clients who either prefer this method or for whom classroom training may not be a viable option. (Please note that some training programs may not be available in a virtual format.)

ATI’s size and expertise in a variety of fields means that we have employees and consultants who are experts in their field.& We are also happy to work with consultants that you may wish to participate with ATI on the desired training.

American Technologies, Inc. is pleased to present educational sessions at a number of industry conferences. These conferences have included the annual Xactware Conference, the Indoor Air Quality Association annual conference, PLRB conferences and Contractor Connection, of which we are a proud member.  We are always looking for new forums in which to share our knowledge, so if you or your organization is looking for qualified speakers, contact Mr. Taxier at ATI.
