ATI Denver Office Opens

Nicholas grew up in the trades working within his family businesses.  He started in restoration in 2001 as a field carpenter while attending school for construction management certification.  Nicholas quickly moved on to field supervisory roles, then project management.  Nicholas is a licensed general contractor in California as well as an ICC licensed building contractor in both Residential and Commercial Construction. Nicholas is an “Xactimate Certified Trainer” and has been a Speaker at the Xactware Conference as well as PLRB conferences. He has worked in multiple market sectors, including but not limited to: Commercial, Educational, Healthcare, Residential, Municipal, and Retail encompassing 40 million dollars in projects and counting. With 15 years in the industry mitigating, restoring and building from the ground up Denver is the perfect location for him to lend his industry knowledge by leading our new office.

Nicholas is a husband and a father of three.  He lives in Parker and is very happy to be a part of the wonderful state of CO. 

 
Michael began working in the restoration industry in the year 2000 for his Dad who owned a construction/contents company.  He assisted with estimating small to mid-loss restoration projects as well as contents jobs.  Michael has been with ATI for 9 years.  Prior to being promoted to Project Manager he started working in the Operations Department managing field crews and setting up logistics for all types of projects in residential and commercial settings including emergency services, contents, asbestos, and mold.  He also worked on ATI’s CAT division at Hurricane Irene, Sandy, and the 2015 Polar Vortex in the Eastern US. On the CAT team Michael managed/estimated large projects that included demo and remediation of schools, churches, hotels, and restaurants.  Michael is IICRC certified for WRT, ASD, AMRT, UFT, OCT, FST, Sewage Remediation, and is a Journey fire and smoke restorer.  He also holds an Asbestos Contractor & Supervisor cert, HAZWOPER, as well as Lead RRP.
