ATI’s Flagstaff facility has been called upon consistently for emergency response restoration and reconstruction services for flash floods and wildfires that are prevalent in Arizona. Our Flagstaff restoration and reconstruction team was called upon for emergency response services after fire damage destroyed a 1920’s colonial-style home. The fire started in the basement, and since there was no fire blocking in the framing, smoke traveled throughout the entire residence. Heavy smoke and heat caused extensive fire and smoke damage to all interior finishes.

After meeting with the owners and their insurance company, ATI was contracted to perform over $350,000 in repairs. The agreed upon price and scope of work included new walls, windows,ceiling, painting, plumbing, as well as structural changes in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. In less than six months, ATI completed work on the project and the owners were allowed to reoccupy their “new” home in time for Thanksgiving.
