Mr. Zembik has over 30 years of experience in construction management with 25 years of experience in the insurance restoration industry. During his career, he has held a variety of increasingly responsible positions within the construction industry including estimating, marketing, branch management and overall day to day management of multiple branches. In addition to the above, Mr. Zembik has provided catastrophic emergency restoration in the residential, commercial and industrial settings to mitigate damages caused by natural and man made disasters on the West Coast such as the Northridge earthquake; firestorms and the Los Angeles riots to name just a few. 

Mr. Zembik attended California State University Long Beach and majored in Business Management.

Gregg’s extensive training background consists of water mitigation, fire restoration and reconstruction for which he has attended a multitude of classes in an effort to continuously broaden his extensive knowledge of these disciplines.

During the course of his career, Mr. Zembik has engaged in the historical renovation of many notable buildings in the downtown Los Angeles area. These projects have garnered national acclaim and been the recipient of many awards.

Mr. Zembik has lectured at prestigious institutions such as University of Southern California’s School of Architecture regarding the preservation of historical landmarks. In addition, he has also spoken to national and local organizations such as School Officials, Attorneys, Insurance Companies, General Contractors and Building Owners on a variety of topics in the construction industry.

Gregg is a member of CHP 11-99 Foundation and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). He has also held professional memberships in PLRB (Property Loss Research Bureau), RIMS (Risk Insurance Management Society) and AIAQA (American Indoor Air Quality Association).
