Seattle, WA Case Study

A 6.8 earthquake – the most powerful to hit the region in 52 years, rocked the Pacific Northwest. A 40-second tremor caused over a billion dollars in damage.
Seattle's #1 Emergency Response Team

ATI of Seattle mobilized a forty-two foot tractortrailer with equipment and supplies to the area within twenty-four hours. A Lamps Plus store and showroom received damage from the discharge of the sprinkler system causing water damage to the stock and building. The on-site crew mitigated the loss by removing water, carpet, installing dehumidification equipment, injection drying of in-slab electrical conduit, and repairing the damaged suspended ceiling system within a seven-day period. The stock was removed and repairs were performed. Lamps Plus was re-stocked and open within three weeks, causing minimal business interruption.

ATI is Family-Owned and Community Involved

As a family-owned company, community involvement with local organizations is of paramount importance to us. Every year, we hold an annual charity golf fundraiser to support one of Seattle’s most well-known charities for children, the Ronald McDonald House.

ATI Services in Demand for Seattle, WA

Mold

Keep Mold from Taking Hold.

When moisture intrudes and remains too long – whether a result of a hurricane or natural disaster, a minor water leak, or construction defect – mold can occur, potentially causing serious secondary damage and health concerns. ATI’s history in providing mold remediation services began well before the issue came to the national forefront, and because of that experience we are recognized today as a national leader in providing this specialty environmental service.

Water Damage

We Soak Up the Damage.

Because serious secondary damage can occur and restoration becomes more difficult as time goes on, it is critical to address a water intrusion right away. Mold tends to occur after a water loss when: we did not receive the call soon enough; drying was not sufficient; or proper monitoring never took place and some areas remained wet.

Fire Damage

The Team You Need to Blow Out the Damage.

The nature of a fire creates special problems worthy of comprehensive treatment. Fire losses must be handled with special care since many types of materials can fuel a fire, causing soot fallout and smoke damage; also because large amounts of water are required to extinguish the blaze, thus introducing concerns of corrosion and mold and mildew growth.
